Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:Development of site video:

You will be part of the creation, development and production of video content on DailyMail.comGrowing Site Video:

You will have new ideas on how to grow the site video audience while ensuring the site maintains it's fast, efficient and thorough content output.Communication:

You will work with editors across the newsroom to pitch engaging content and grow the existence of video on the site.Social Video collaboration : You will work with the social video team sharing content and ideas to ensure multi-platform success.Ideal Candidate:

Experienced:

An experienced video journalist with an eye for a good story and the passion to see it through as well as a minimum of 5 years managing a successful and effective team.Breadth of Knowledge:

You will feel comfortable and confident working with all departments, including; US News, Showbiz, Femail, Science, Health and sport.Journalistic Integrity : A comprehensive knowledge of journalistic principles with the understanding and confidence to make editorial decisions in a high-pressured atmosphere.Data Focused:

A thorough understanding of analytics in order to identify video successes that will grow site video viewsFlexible and Committed : This is an in office position which may require working nights and weekends depending on the news agenda.
