As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the creative vision of the brand, overseeing the creative direction of the commercial initiatives across brand, e-commerce, marketing, and retail. Leading a team of talented designers, producers, and writers to create engaging, brand-defining content that drives business results. You will be responsible for leading the creative process from conception to execution. You will ensure all campaigns are consistent, integrated and effective of the brand’s heritage and vision.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in storytelling, visionary leadership, cross-functional partnership, and a strong understanding of commercial objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Creative Vision: Develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with commercial goals and objectives, driving originality and innovationBrand Aesthetics: Partner with the co-founders to maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring it aligns with overarching business strategy and resonates with the target audienceTeam Management: Oversee and inspire the creative team to develop and execute compelling creative contentConcept Development: Lead the creative concept development process ensuring that all creative work is original, relevant and of the highest qualityProject Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budgetQuality Control: Review and approve all visual assets to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand representationCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, e-commerce, marketing, design, product, and retail to ensure cohesive communication of our brand messageRequirements:Bachelor's degree in design, photography, advertising, or related field requiredMinimum of 7+ years of experienceExcellent communication and attention to detailExperience working in digitally focused DTC business modelExperience working in a fast-growing start-upExperience managing up and cross-functionallyStrong understanding of UX/UI principles#J-18808-Ljbffr
