Digital Associate Media Director (AMD)
to turn strategy into results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in
client management, strategic planning, and digital optimization
across multiple platforms.

From awareness to conversion-focused campaigns, your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping client success!
What You’ll DoMedia Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute data-driven media strategies across multiple channels, including
Search/SEM ,
eCommerce , and
CTV
(preferred).Campaign Planning & Activation : Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, from planning and buying to activation and optimization, ensuring alignment with client goals.Data-Driven Performance : Use insights and analytics to drive traffic, conversions, and measurable results.eCommerce Expertise : Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost online sales and enhance the digital shopping experience.Sponsorships : Experience with sponsorship campaigns is a plus.Hands-On Media Ops : Actively engage in all levels of media operations, including daily optimization and detailed reporting.Client Collaboration : Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.Team Leadership : Collaborate across internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns while mentoring junior staff.
What We’re Looking ForExperience : 7–9 years in media planning and buying, including a minimum of 2 years in a direct supervisory role.Direct Response Expertise : Demonstrated success in digital optimization with a strong focus on DR and eCommerce KPIs.
