As a member of the Social Media team, the candidate will provide strategic design for line of business campaigns and initiatives shared on Business LinkedIn.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design high-quality and innovative, social media creative assets for external initiatives and campaigns to be posted on LinkedIn
- Oversee the creative process from concept to design, development, and implementation
- Articulate and present creative concepts clearly and concisely
- Ensure all creative follows the firm's branding guidelines and ADA compliance requirements
- Identify industry trends and find unique ways to incorporate them into creative, and be a thought leader around branding and design
- Partner and collaborate across creative projects with both internal and external stakeholders
- Present communication strategy to executives and business partners, with the ability to influence outcomes
- Support a talented team of communicators in their individual and team goals – including leveraging new multimedia tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Strong communication skills, including experience creating presentations and executive summaries to convey important business updates and results
- Required proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software including Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects, Animate, Character Animator, and Premiere Pro is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word) required
- Proven organizational and project management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
- Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage
- Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or similar discipline required; technology or financial services experience is a plus
- Familiarity with multimedia, digital, UX/UI and responsive design concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Canvas, SVG, WebGL and motion graphics is a plus
