As we continue to expand our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, we are seeking a creative and data-driven DTC Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing efforts. Position Overview:

The DTC Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive DTC marketing strategies to drive online and on-site sales, enhance brand visibility, and deepen customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices, and have a passion for the wine industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end DTC marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead e-commerce growth through paid digital advertising (PPC, social media), SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Drive the customer journey, optimizing each touchpoint to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to optimize strategies.
  • Oversee the winerys social media presence and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend allocation across digital channels.
  • Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance website performance and online shopping experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to maintain a leading edge in the DTC space.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DTC marketing, preferably within the wine, food, beverage, or luxury goods sectors.
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce, digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo) and e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the wine industry and understanding of the unique aspects of winery DTC marketing.
