Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & PR Senior Specialist of Linkage, a SHRM company, to support the development and execution of B2B-focused marketing campaigns to empower and advance women at work – 52% of the workforce. Our ideal candidate is a bold, innovative marketer who is passionate about driving growth through data-driven strategies and meaningful impact.
This role blends creative PR storytelling and hands-on marketing expertise, with an emphasis on digital and email channels. The ideal candidate will influence the buyer audience, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive measurable results. You will spearhead promotions, optimize digital outreach, and elevate the Linkage brand’s visibility as well as the thought leadership of its CEO through strategic PR efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations: Build and execute PR strategies that amplify the brand of Linkage and its CEO’s voice and engage B2B audiences through media outreach, press releases, and thought leadership.
Marketing Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on email, web, and social media, driving engagement, leads and brand growth. This role will directly manage the day to day email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships, boost engagement, and increase conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance to optimize content and frequency.
Promotional Strategy: Design and implement promotional initiatives including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special offers tailored to a B2B audience. Must understand the sales cycle and buying committees.
Digital Channel Optimization: Work across our in-house experts in digital marketing (social media, SEO, website, etc.) to align with the brand’s voice, driving both awareness and measurable performance.
Audience Influence: Craft compelling narratives to engage B2B audiences, leveraging digital content, influencer partnerships, advisory boards brands, and media relations to shape brand perception.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns using performance metrics and KPIs to ensure results align with business goals. Adjust strategies to optimize future efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing communications across all digital and PR channels.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent and engaging messaging across all promotional materials, campaigns, and digital channels, reflecting the Linkage brand’s tone and mission.
Qualifications:
A passion for the topic of women advancement and empowerment – from backpack (students) to boardroom (executives).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar hybrid role.
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly email marketing, web, and social media.
Proven success in running B2B-focused PR campaigns and promotions with measurable results.
Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
Strong understanding of buyer behavior, trends, and engagement strategies.
A strong commitment and proven track record of cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in consumer brands, retail, or digital-first companies.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Prefer Marketo, Salesforce, and AEM.
Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:

The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
