Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking aCyber Security Technical Content Developerto support a Cybersecurity Support program whowill be responsible for crafting, revising, and editing technical documents, policies, procedures, and presentations to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communicating cybersecurity specifications and instructions.
This role involves acquiring in-depth subject knowledge by collaborating with senior leadership, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand policy and procedure requirements. The incumbent will develop and maintain Department of Defense (DoD) policies and procedures, catering to cybersecurity needs, while advocating for changes that support organizational cyberspace initiatives. Additionally, they will establish and maintain communication channels to ensure timely document generation and review, as well as compliance with quality, legal, organizational, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cybersecurity programs including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); training materials; presentations; Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) writeups; and other deliverables.
- Create and maintain cybersecurity training materials, user guides, and presentations for various audiences including technical staff and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
- Develop detailed DoD policies and procedures to support cybersecurity posture across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Track the review and submission status of documentation projects.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication among team members.
- Review existing and proposed policies and procedures with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure policies and processes comply with legal, quality, organizational, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or five (5) years of additional relevant experience) and seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge to meet DOD 8140 requirements through education, training, or personnel certification such as but not limited to an active DoD 8570 IAT LEVEL II or greater baseline security certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
- Strong understanding of DoD policies and procedures related to cybersecurity.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP)
- Experience creating or updating agency policies and procedures for compliance with DoD and Federal regulations.
- Demonstrated senior level knowledge of Cybersecurity and Privacy domains.
- Knowledge of NIST Cyber related guidelines.
- The selected candidate must have an active Secret clearance.
- US Citizenship is required.
