About the Role

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining a wide range of technical documentation, including:

• User manuals
• Safety guidelines
• Installation instructions
• Process workflows
• System guides
• Operational procedures

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of your documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Create visual aids to enhance understanding.
• Manage document version control.
• Conduct documentation audits.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with version control systems and content management systems.

Ideally:

• Familiarity with industrial gases, fiber technology, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Knowledge of software development practices or relevant technical standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
