About the Role As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining a wide range of technical documentation, including: User manuals Safety guidelines Installation instructions Process workflows System guides Operational procedures You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of your documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Create visual aids to enhance understanding. Manage document version control. Conduct documentation audits. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience with version control systems and content management systems. Ideally: Familiarity with industrial gases, fiber technology, or manufacturing processes. Experience working in a global organization. Knowledge of software development practices or relevant technical standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
