CFS has teamed up with an award-winning nonprofit organization to identify an Accountant & HR Administrator to join their close-knit team. Our client was founded in 1980, and has a mission to improve mathematics education for students of all ages.Highlights of the Accountant & HR Administrator opportunity:

Accountant & HR Administrators responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, handling checks and online payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial reporting

Create annual budget and prepare quarterly budget YTD and EOY reports

Close all financial records monthly and prepare monthly reports

Process bi-weekly payroll for 9-10 full- and part-time employees

Coordinate with banks, vendors, and contractors.

Organize and manage personnel records, database, and documents

Handle various HR procedures

Qualifications for the Accountant & HR Administrator position:

Proven work experience as an Accountant/HR/Payroll Administrator, a HR/Payroll Administrative Assistant, or other related or relevant role.

AR/AP - QuickBooks experience preferred

MS Office computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills.

Self-starting attitude and work habits with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
