Highlights of the Accountant & HR Administrator opportunity: Our client is a nonprofit company that has an educational philosophy centered around mathematical modeling: using mathematical tools to explore real-world problems Our client has won dozens of academic and television awards, and developed two PBS television series Hybrid schedule with flexible daily hours Competitive benefits Accountant & HR Administrator 's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, handling checks and online payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial reporting Create annual budget and prepare quarterly budget YTD and EOY reports Close all financial records monthly and prepare monthly reports Process bi-weekly payroll for 9-10 full- and part-time employees Coordinate with banks, vendors, and contractors. Organize and manage personnel records, database, and documents Handle various HR procedures Qualifications for the Accountant & HR Administrator position: Proven work experience as an Accountant/HR/Payroll Administrator, a HR/Payroll Administrative Assistant, or other related or relevant role. AR/AP - QuickBooks experience preferred MS Office computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel) Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills. Self-starting attitude and work habits with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
