DescriptionThe Field Marketing Associate drives product and service adoption by supporting Sales meetings, clinical and commercial events, training initiatives, and account-based marketing activities.In partnership with Sales, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams, the Associate conceptualizes, designs, manages and executes field marketing programs designed to accelerate the sales pipeline for assigned offerings. This activity-based support role is strategic, tactical and administrative.This position is based in a Kerecis office and reports to the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.Essential Strategic FunctionsOwn the “kinetic” elements of the Marketing mix by executing field-based Sales channel and promotional tacticsCollaborate with Product Management, Brand, Campaigns, Sales and other stakeholders to build and execute launch plans, including penetration strategies, training & education, and field readinessIntroduce and train on the latest and most powerful selling assets, including digital tools and printed collateralUnderstand and help communicate marketing strategy, value proposition, positioning and messaging to Sales teams, key opinion leaders, trade, and media organizations at regional and national eventsWith regional Sales leaders, plan field activities and campaigns to align on account- and territory-specific revenue goalsScout geographic area’s competitive landscape, provider dynamics and competitive intelligence to inform strategic and tactical plansContinuously improve field-based initiatives via ongoing feedback loops with SalesConduct product demonstrations at customer locations, regional meetings, trade shows, conferences, and seminarsAssess and execute sponsorship opportunities at events and conferencesEstablish key performance indicators for field marketing activities to measure and report on successCreate, manage and communicate calendar of field activitiesCarry out project deliverables on schedule and to budgetEssential Support & Administrative FunctionsSource venues, acquire supporting technology, and coordinate development and logistics of Sales support materialsPlan locations, materials, staff and other resources for field marketing activitiesProvide society, symposia, trade show, and locally-hosted dinner event program supportProvide general administrative support needed to execute quality field engagementsRequirementsCompetenciesOutstanding communication skills, including the ability to present effectively in front of large groups of internal and external stakeholdersStrong desire to work closely with Sales to forge impactful partnershipsAcute attention to detail and excellent project management skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environmentService-oriented and responsive mindset, willing to do what it takes to drive resultsDemonstrated ability to think critically and assess complex situations quickly and creatively in a fluid environmentConscientious, punctual, reliable, and dependableWarm, friendly, and positive team player who places the interests of the organization firstExperience crafting results-driven field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, including modern account-based marketing programsDemonstrated ability to lead multiple projects, on-time, and with a high degree of accuracyMastery of Microsoft PowerPointEducation & ExperienceAt least 2 years’ experience in a field Marketing role in a healthcare-related industry, with at least 1 year in a Surgical, Trauma, or Wound Care settingBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business field from an accredited college or universityAnticipated travel: 40% to 50% to conferences, symposia, seminars, customer facilities, and internal company eventsThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
