The Company is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing with a strong digital marketing professional background to lead their marketing efforts. Applicants for the VP of Performance Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of digital marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition, and a background in CPG marketing within the last two years. The role demands a candidate who is passionate about performance marketing, particularly in the context of a physical product DTC that is not an established brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in a significant growth stage, with a revenue range of $50- $150MM, and be adept at managing a marketing team responsible for a substantial ad spend.
