Marketing Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to promote brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals and create materials such as brochures, banners, and web content.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and consumer behaviors to drive innovative strategies.
  • Bring proven marketing experience, ideally in real estate or home building, with expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, and performance measurement tools.
  • Exhibit strong creative, organizational, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
