Marketing & Proposals Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing materials, RFP responses, and corporate gifts
• Support internal and external events, trade shows, and sponsorship programs
• Maintain customer databases, marketing content, and resumes for client-facing use
• Collaborate on newsletters, social media, and website content
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and agencies on promotional projects
• Propose and implement innovative marketing strategies and process improvements
