Chinooks for the summer to gain a behind-the-scenes experience like no other. You'll learn the ins and outs of a sports organization within the Northwoods League.

The Photography Intern will be our eyes around the stadium during all 36 Chinook home games. This intern will capture player, fan and special moments that happen around Moonlight Graham Field. You will be responsible for helping create content for all social media platforms, newspaper articles and website photography. Your duty is to capture the true experiences of our fans and players each game.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Photography/Videography for all 36 home games; capturing game action, players, mascot, fans, employees, and photos of special events/areas/activities occurring at the stadium
  • May be required to attend player/mascot/organization appearances throughout community outside of the Chinooks 36 home games
  • Upload photos to team folder for use by front office and Director of Marketing
  • Create an archive of photos on computer system and hard drives for future reference and use
  • Utilize different skill sets and photography trends in the sports industry
  • Be creative in use of filters, lenses and other photography techniques
  • All other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Attend stadium set up/take down prior to and following season
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Quality and accuracy of work
  • Must be available for all Chinooks home games (which include weeknights, weekends, and some holidays)
  • Must be available for any Chinooks related special events
  • Completion of assigned tasks on schedule
  • Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability, and proper attitude in dealing with others including co-worker and customers
  • Conformance to company personnel, safety, quality, and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a current student (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization as well as outside contacts
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
