Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy Execution and Innovation: Lead the implementation of creative strategies, with the long-term goal of developing an independent, growth-oriented strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Multi-Channel Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize creative strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent, high-performance campaigns.
Competitor Benchmarking and Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using insights to quickly adapt and implement effective creative strategies to keep the brands competitive.
Analytical Performance Tracking: Oversee A/B testing, campaign reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, and customer LTV.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a creative team of 12+ individuals (including media buyers, designers, developers, and video editors), fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Creative Excellence and Brand Evolution: Ensure the consistent development of brand messaging across various channels, products, and campaigns, engaging customers and meeting their expectations.
Testing and Experimentation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and testing within the creative team, regularly exploring new formats and techniques to optimize engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in a high-growth D2C or eCommerce environment, with experience managing multi-channel performance marketing for brands generating $15 million+ in annual revenue.
Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong background in performance analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven success in creating and optimizing campaigns across key digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and grow creative teams (10-15 members), fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable environment.
Creative Insight: Strong vision for content creation, copywriting, and storytelling that directly impacts engagement and delivers measurable results.
Adaptability and Market Awareness: Ability to stay agile and competitive by adapting strategies based on industry insights and competitor trends.
