Our ideal candidate is passionate about community building and content strategy, and understands how the 2 areas can be utilized to create lasting relationships not only between fans & artists, but from fan-to-fan, cementing true superfandom.'

Salary Range:
$13-$25 per hour
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. All candidates are encouraged to apply.
Program Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Interns will assist with:
- Developing community strategies to grow and engage artist fan bases on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and more.
- Community management of existing artist communities and social channels.
- Developing data and analytic reports around an artist's digital presence.
- Crafting creative briefs to guide the design and content teams around creating assets for artists.
- Brainstorming digital activations to achieve artist goals around digital marketing and D2C.
