This is an essential and exciting role for a creative, curious, and driven Lead Content Manager who is accountable for developing and managing an integrated content strategy for our eCommerce website, aimed at producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that improves user experience and increases brand visibility and excitement.

Lead Content Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to the eCommerce platform, focusing on key areas such as product descriptions, category pages, and landing pages.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and enhance customer experience
• Use content management systems (CMS) to publish, update, and manage website content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards
• Monitor and analyze website content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and sales
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators including copywriters, editors, and designers ensuring content is engaging, accurate and optimized for SEO
• Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices to continuously improve the website's content strategy

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in content management, with a focus on eCommerce websites in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related
• Expertise in SEO and eCommerce content strategies
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytic tools
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and digital merchandising principals
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience leading a team of content specialists

• Very competitive salary $90k-$100k DOE
