The Marketing Specialist is r esponsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities to support the companys business development, branding, and engagement efforts. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the companys digital presence. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, has strong organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Education: Associate or bachelors degree in marketing , c ommunications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience: 1 -year minimum experience implementing marketing strategies Qualifications : Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance metrics Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Duties and Responsibilities: R esponsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities to support the companys business development, branding, and engagement efforts Strong focus on content creation, social media management, event coordination, apparel orders, and marketing campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the companys digital presence C reative self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, has strong organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) to support ongoing campaigns and promotions Analyze metrics, track performance, and report outcomes to measure success and optimize future efforts Content Creation: Design graphics, write copy, and produce creative assets for marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and event promotions Event Facilitation and Support: Assist with the coordination of marketing efforts related to Chief employee events, including the planning, coordinating, and executing of events. Marketing Campaigns: Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertisements Internal and External Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and support outreach initiatives Assist in drafting and distributing communications to internal and external audiences
