Primary Responsibilities
Integrated Communications & Program Development
- Support the development of holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent among B2B audiences globally.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and manage marketing agency partners to ensure alignment in program execution and deliverables.
- Manage the creation of foundational and campaign assets while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Ensure proper brand usage and compliance across social, video, web, sales, print, and in-person assets
- Perform basic editing in InDesign and PowerPoint
- Proactively manage approved project budgets and track them in Excel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Agency (account, project management or traffic) and/or corporate/business marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong writing, proofing, and creative skills with comfort in ambiguous situations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with acute attention to detail
- Effective project facilitation and communication skills, including experience writing creative briefs
- A client-centric mindset with enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, email/marketing automation, tradeshows, websites, and brochures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing agencies to execute impactful campaigns
