Senior Technical Writer

You will design, develop, and maintain internal procedural documents, training material, and related media that maximizes user productivity, accuracy, and learning.

Description

• Develop and maintain procedures that comply with department standards.
• Gather and respond to user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resources, subject matter experts, internal business owners, and users to verify and assist in creating and maintaining documentation.
• Write and distribute clear and concise communications for internal and external clients.
• Provide reporting, insight, and recommendations for process improvement.
• Create continuous learning materials to enhance user knowledge.

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or related field OR experience in Merchant Services industry with experience creating technical content.
• Experience with SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Experience proofreading and grammatical skills, and strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MadCap Flare or similar single sourcing tool.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, producing training or procedural documents in a professional environment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
