Job Description
The role of Senior Director of Performance Marketing is a strategic position responsible for heading our performance marketing efforts. This role is integral to driving center leads and enrollments and supporting benefits registration through data-driven strategies. The Senior Director will oversee a dynamic team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other teams to optimize marketing across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage and innovate multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, display, social media, and direct mail.
• Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform strategic decisions, and drive optimization.
• Manage the performance marketing budget, track spending and ROI, and make necessary adjustments to maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with Product, U/X, and Brand teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of competitive positioning.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of marketing professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Design/Creative, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a must. An MBA is preferred.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital channels and growth marketing in e-commerce. A track record of driving growth is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing people.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.
• Proven track record in orchestrating successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience in effective external agency management is a plus.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills with a flexible and agile mindset.
