Provides campaign support for banner ads, contests, newsletters, and social media posts while managing reporting and internal processes to meet deadlines. Facilitates client communication, assists sales reps during leave, and leverages Adobe Creative Suite for design needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the core functions of the Commercial Marketing Team in various ways.
- Supports project ideation, development of pitch materials, project management, administrative tasks, and collaboration across different business areas.
- Helps build and support the end-to-end project management process.
- Works closely with the Commercial Marketing team to ideate, build, and pitch a wide range of projects and events.
- Researches market trends to elevate project/event ideation and brainstorming.
- Creates standardized proposal and pitch templates that can be tailored to each new project.
- Creates pitch decks collaboratively with the team, often working with internal and external designers.
- Gathers key data points for post reports and populates each report for presentation.
- Assists with smaller event executions to understand event flow and objectives.

Campaign Management Responsibilities:
- Proactively uses internal systems to ensure all aspects of digital advertising campaigns are executed correctly.
- Handles data entry for ad space reservations and creative design changes and approvals.
- Provides campaign support including local banner advertising, contests, and newsletter scheduling.
- Creates, analyzes, and distributes campaign reporting for advertising sales.
- Possesses working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for image conversions.
- Assists in posting to Advertising & Event related social media accounts.
- Manages internal resources/processes and reporting to ensure correct campaign management execution.
- Communicates proactively with sales reps and clients to execute campaign fulfillment and build relationships.
- Adheres to deadlines and assists reps in meeting them.
- Intentionally assists with campaign execution and client communication when sales reps are on leave.
- Attends weekly sales meetings.
