Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the strategic marketing efforts for an Industrial Services company, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative and analytical detail oriented with experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing budgets, and measuring performance to optimize campaigns. As a key contributor to the company’s growth, the Senior Marketing Manager will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with our company values and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth objectives.

o Identify target markets and create tailored campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


Campaign Management:

o Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, and social media.

o Collaborate with sales and operational teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

o Manage content creation for promotional materials, advertisements, and online platforms.


Brand Development:

o Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.

o Lead initiatives to enhance our reputation as an industry leader in industrial services.


Performance Analysis:

o Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.

o Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior leadership.

o Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.


Lead oversight / management:

o Oversee and optimize lead management processes, from lead generation to nurturing and conversion, ensuring seamless integration with marketing campaigns and sales strategies to drive experience in leads and maximize ROI.


Team Collaboration and Leadership:

o Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams to execute campaigns.

o Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners.


Budget Management:

o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

o Negotiate with vendors to maximize return on investment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.


• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the industrial, B2B, or service industries.

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

• Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and lead generation strategies.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.


Preferred Skills:

• Experience in marketing for industrial or service-based companies.

• Knowledge of the industrial capital equipment or material handling industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
