Objective of the Position

Helps with the overall marketing process brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions

1. Ensure ACBikinis message is consistent throughout all social media platforms, events, emails, and website.
2. Design branding materials, inserts, flyers, products, social media posts.
3. Help strategize to improve social media reputation and recognition.
4. Analyze competitors and market trends.
5. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
6. Form partnerships with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
7. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
8. Stay up to date with current social media trends.
9. Role model ACB culture and work ethic with adherence to schedule and minimizing negativity in the workplace. Foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
10. Attend all team meetings and marketing meetings.
