Overview:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Content Strategist to join our team and help drive the creation and distribution of compelling content that supports our digital marketing goals.
  • In this role, you will focus on developing content strategies that increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various channels (web, social media, blog, email, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Archive and repurpose content for multiple platforms and occasions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports their initiatives.
  • Develop content calendars and workflows to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Plan and create engaging content (blogs, articles, landing pages, emails, social media posts) that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.


Email Marketing

  • Create email content for newsletters, and promotions, and lead nurturing campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Track and analyze email performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign results.


Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage organic social media campaigns that drive engagement, build community, and increase brand awareness across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with followers and online communities to build relationships, answer questions, and generate conversation around the brand.
  • Curate content for social channels, ensuring a consistent voice and message across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations to incorporate relevant topics into the content strategy.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and measure content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
  • Generate reports on content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements to optimize future content strategies.
  • Use data insights to continually optimize content for better engagement and ROI.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for organic growth (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Superb writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine content strategies.
