Overview

  • We are seeking a Junior User Research & Content Specialist to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will support the development of user insights and drive the creation of compelling content for both partnerships and in-app users.
  • You will help shape user experience and engagement strategies by conducting user research and interviews, developing testimonials and use cases, and leveraging user relationships to further promote our service.


Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Interviews

  • Conduct user surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights about user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Compile and analyze findings to help shape content strategies.


Develop Testimonials & Use Cases

  • Create compelling user testimonials and case studies based on research insights to showcase how our product is solving problems.
  • Craft impactful content for various channels.


User Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key users, gathering continuous feedback to improve our product and content.
  • Engage with user communities to foster long-term loyalty and advocacy.


Content Creation

  • Develop content for partnerships, in-app users, and internal communications, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.


Content Distribution & Scheduling

  • Oversee content scheduling and distribution across appropriate channels, including paid media, partner channels, social media, email, and in-app.
  • Ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.


Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in content creation or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • A passion for understanding user needs and crafting meaningful content.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).


Bonus Skills:

  • Understanding of digital marketing and content distribution strategies.
  • Experience with user research
