VP, Product Marketing , you'll drive Thnks' product marketing strategy, ensuring our platform is positioned to meet client needs, fuel growth, and create a superior customer experience. Additionally, you'll oversee the Marketplace as part of your broader responsibilities, enhancing its integration and value within our ecosystem. Your Role Product Marketing Leadership:
Define and implement a product marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, drives product adoption, and accelerates customer acquisition and retention. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop go-to-market plans for new features and products, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. Positioning & Messaging:
Own and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate the value of Thnks to target audiences. Customer Insights:
Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies. Marketplace Stewardship:
Oversee the Thnks Marketplace as a key component of the platform, ensuring it evolves to meet customer needs, enhances the user experience, and supports overall business growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on product development priorities and ensure seamless launches. Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Performance Measurement:

10+ years in product marketing with a strong focus on digital marketplaces or ecommerce platforms. Proven Leadership:
