Summary: The DTC Marketing Associate Manager drives Direct to Consumer (DTC) wine club and cellar door marketing for assigned brands. This role acts as a strategic partner for the winery sites and club membership marketing managing execution of promotional advertising, communications, and collateral to deliver against both revenue and demand targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage Membership Marketing & Communication
– Deliver marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, retention and revenue targets for the club channel. Manage Winery Marketing & Communication
– Act as primary point person for the winery site manager to collaborate on new initiatives, promotional programs, key events, and guest experience development. Manage Demand Generation Advertising
– Develop effective advertising, communications & paid media campaigns to attract qualified guests to the winery sites. Reporting & Insights
– Maintain monthly wine club metrics analysis and traffic reporting to provide in-depth insights on performance, ROI, area of opportunity and challenge. A&P Budget Management
– Own expense tracking and vendor invoice processing for all managed projects and expenditures. Inter-Department Liaison
– Develop strong cohesive relationships and effectively collaborate with the extended DTC, Brand, Digital, and Trade Marketing teams to amplify the impact on visitation, DTC sales, and consumer database growth. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
