Web Designer & WordPress Producer Job at Louder Agency LLC in Louisville
Louder Agency LLC, Louisville, KY, United States, 40201
Position: Web Designer & WordPress Producer
Classification: Full-Time
Location: Fully Remote (work from anywhere but you must have access to a quiet workspace for video calls)
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
About the Position
The Web Designer & WordPress Producerplays a pivotal role in ensuring our client website projects are consistently delivered to a high standard. You’ll take on a range of design and production responsibilities with a strong focus on UX/UI and content design—translating project goals into intuitive layouts and appealing visuals.
You'll work on a variety of website projects but our most active verticals are nonprofits serving vulnerable children, families and communities. This includes rescue missions, child welfare organizations, foster/adoptive services, rare disease communities and other similar verticals of purposeful organizations.
You’ll work alongside our website strategist, other designers, developers, and copywriters to plan each project, develop wireframes, and unify all design elements into a polished, cohesive final product. As part of this process, you’ll also interact directly with clients via video calls to gather content, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
Most of your work will be in Figma (for conceptual design, wireframing, and mockups) and Beaver Builder (for page creation and styling in WordPress). Prior experience with one or both tools is a major plus. While the role is primarily tactical, you’ll be expected to apply strategic thinking when making content layout and UX/UI decisions, ensuring each site meets user needs and aligns with best practices.
Attention to detail is critical—you’ll be the final set of eyes making sure each website is thoroughly tested, polished, and ready for launch.
This is a full-time, salaried position with generous flexible PTO and a culture that fosters lifelong learning. Because we’re a fully remote team, you’ll have the flexibility to skip the commute—yet you should be comfortable self-managing your workload and staying connected through video calls and online collaboration tools.
If you’re excited about shaping user-friendly websites, collaborating with a supportive team, and helping clients bring their ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!
