  • We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Designer & Operator.

  • We are seeking a Cabinet Vision Designer & Operator to join our Pre-Production team to design and maintain our cabinet vision system to allow drawing of all major products.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Cabinet Vision, as well as proficiency or at least exposure to other CAD/ such as AutoCAD, Fusion360, and Alpha Cam.

  • Proficiency with the Cabinet Vision software is absolutely required; we are a fully custom architectural casework manufacturer; we do not manufacture catalog products.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts.

  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed design specifications and technical drawings.

  • Communicate to the Salesperson/Project Manager elements that must be modified due to field verifications, material availability or construction parameters or if there is missing or unclear information.

  • Complete tasks in an efficient manner to ensure Production Schedule deadlines are met.

  • Reading, and understanding detailed blueprints, shop drawings and field dimension drawings.

  • Process drawing revisions as needed.

  • Process fabrication documents for programming and cabinet production.

  • Ability to multi-task and work within project timelines to meet schedules and closing dates.

  • Utilize Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD software to develop accurate and precise technical drawings, fabrication documents and outputs.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cabinet construction, material and hardware, construction methods and joinery

Position Requirements:-

  • Min 2 years experience with cabinet vision programing and/or drafting

  • Min 2 years experience using AutoCAD or related CAD program

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize

  • General knowledge of woodworking construction methods or related experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Professional, positive attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong math skills
