As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your specific market territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to build strong client relationships, which may require travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships while engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
