JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Director of Brand Marketing for ONE/SIZE is a strategic and creative leader responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and product sell-through. This role is instrumental in shaping brand storytelling, overseeing product marketing, and ensuring campaign excellence across digital, social, retail, PR, and influencer marketing. Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing, the Executive Director will work closely with cross- functional teams to bring the brand's vision to life through 360° marketing campaigns, creative development, and consumer engagement strategies. This role requires a proactive, solutions- oriented leader with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, retail dynamics, and digital landscape.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies aligned with ONE/SIZE's business objectives. Support the Founder, Brand President, and VP of Integrated Marketing in defining and evolving the brand's positioning and messaging. Drive brand storytelling across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice. Ensure clear communication and alignment on marketing timelines across cross-functional teams, proactively managing key deadlines for campaign launches, product releases, and creative asset delivery. Ensure brand marketing efforts are strategically aligned with engagement and brand impact goals, while optimizing all assets to drive consumer conversion. Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Partner with the DTC team to ensure a cohesive brand vision, messaging, and visual identity across all direct-to-consumer touch points. Partner with Product Development to align brand messaging with new launches and create marketing strategies that drive consumer excitement. Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and key visuals for new launches and brand staples. Oversee copy development, product education materials, and go-to-market strategies across key retailers, including Sephora and DTC. Oversee the execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, and influencer marketing.• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative asset development, advertising, and brand storytelling initiatives. Manage external vendors for the design and production of photography, video, printed materials, and digital assets. Partner with the Creative Team to ensure on-brand, high-impact campaign visuals and digital content. Work with PR teams to define launch strategies, media outreach, and earned media opportunities. Identify and manage brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance visibility and elevate brand presence. Assist in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing resources and tracking spending impact. Leverage consumer insights, competitive analysis, and campaign performance data to refine strategies. Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless brand execution and strategic alignment. Work with retail and sales partners to optimize brand performance in Sephora and other key retailers. QUALIFICATIONS
7-10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Proven track record of executing brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth. Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior, digital marketing, influencer engagement, and retail dynamics (Sephora experience is a plus!). Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on marketing initiatives. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative production teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
