This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with pay ranging from $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our three locations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop, edit, and produce videos for therapy education, self-therapy resources, and promotional content, primarily based on scripts provided by our team..
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and branded visuals that make mental health concepts more accessible.
• Design marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and social media assets that elevate our brand.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print materials.
• Research and secure guest post opportunities and backlink partnerships to expand our reach.
• Assist in optimizing content for search visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Help organize and publish therapy guides, mental health resources, and blog content.
• Keep digital materials updated and optimized to provide the best possible user experience.

Who Were Looking For

• Associates degree or higher in graphic design, multimedia production, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing work in video production, graphic design, SEO, or digital outreach.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong writing, research, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and link-building strategies.
• Tech-savvy with website content management experience.
• Passionate about mental health, digital media, and community impact.
