Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications & Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development, execution, and oversight of the organization's marketing and communications initiatives. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead initiatives designed to promote Terminal B and its many amenities, including shops and dining as well as planning and executing all internal communications initiatives and community outreach.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Craft and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Manage the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print, ensuring all campaigns are executed effectively and deliver results.
Manage relationships with creative agency.
Collaborate with Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
Lead public relations efforts, manage media inquiries, create press materials, and maintain positive media relationships to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and implement effective crisis communication strategies to protect the company's brand reputation during challenging situations.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all marketing channels. Ensure that all marketing materials reflect the company's values.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve strategies to maximize ROI.
Manage all marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead and coordinate efforts across teams, managing workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Guide, mentor, and support a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that is aligned with company objectives.
Stay on top of communications and marketing trends and develop tools, processes and best practices for LGP.
Perform other duties as required.
Competencies and Skills:
Experience overseeing design and production of signage, advertising, collateral, and other promotional assets.
Proven experience managing complex marketing projects, with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with the public, media, colleagues and all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaign performance based on data insights.
Knowledge of social media tools and applications.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with website management platforms such as WordPress.
Hands-on experience managing content management systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of seven years in a senior level communication, marketing, or public affairs role in progressively more responsible roles.
Minimum of 5 years in a management role.
