Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a very well-known Furniture Design company. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Content Producer to join our Creative Operations team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams. Additionally, this individual will act as a front-facing brand ambassador to external vendors, contractors, and designers. This role has a salary expectation of $30-35/hr. This role requires TRAVEL. This is a 1 yr assignment. Responsibilities Assist with inventory logistics to support photoshoots, partnerships, and events as needed. Provide general support for the Marketing and Creative teams, including coordinating PR and marketing product orders and maintaining order tracking. Create and update packing lists while managing the Airtable sample inventory database. Track sample follow-ups and order statuses, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely updates. Support merchandise coordinators during pre-production, on set, and post-production. Act as a brand representative when working with external vendors, contractors, and designers. Help coordinate logistics for content shoots, such as booking catering, hotels, travel, trucks, and additional vendors. Ensure proper file naming conventions are maintained during pre-production and on set. Assist with expense coding and logging in Concur for photoshoot-related activities. Organize and archive final documents, assets, and production materials upon project completion. Support the Content Producer by overseeing production tasks during shoots. Assist with negotiating rates and managing billing with external contractors under the Content Producer's guidance. Conduct initial research for locations and talent to support the Creative team. Secure permits for location shoots, parking, and rigging.
