Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.Key Responsibilities• Develop and lead all aspects of comprehensive campaign strategies, including ABM, aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and lead acquisition.  • Lead development of strategic business plans, marketing strategies, profitability analysis and proposal and execution plans, omni channel with experience in Email Marketing from strategy to activation, for target customers, products and services.  • Partner with Managed Sales Team to identify highest value customer segments and build account plans and marketing activation plans for each strategic account. • Lead team in developing Sales Force Marketing Cloud Engagement campaigns, acquisition, growth and retention marketing strategies to fuel revenue and customer goals.  • Oversee team that leads email and SMS strategy and execution, including communications planning, personalization, A/B testing, segmentation and lifecycle marketing, linking strategy and constant improvement of demand-driving programs  • Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive marketing performance and value.Competencies and skills• Proven B2B marketing leadership: Proven track record with 10+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, experience in cloud marketing • ABM Marketing expertise: Demonstrated success in leading ABM, strategy and marketing programs within a B2B SF Environment. Experience with all segment sizes, from Enterprise to SMB.  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies.  • Technical proficiency: In-dept understanding of marketing technologies (automation platforms ex. Sales Force Account Engage, AM tools, analytics, CRM) and willingness to adopt new technologies • Innovative and Growth Mindset: Forward-thinking and continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate • Business acumen: Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.The pay range for this position will be 150,000 to 175,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
