Who You Are We are seeking an experienced candidate with experience in Industrial Water Markets which includes Municipal Wastewater/Drinking Water, Mineral Processing, Heavy Industry, Upstream Energy (Oil & Gas, Light Industry, and F&B). The Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Industrial will report to the Sr. Director Global Strategic Marketing Industrial and is critical to the success of the business unit. The primary responsibility for this role will be to engage with cross-functional teams in international markets to build a strong strategy that will drive market growth. These strategies will include but are not limited to marketing campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition, identify key drivers for regional sales growth and uncover customer needs and opportunities. The secondary responsibility for this role will be to manage data analysis for the Industrial Water Markets across sectors both internal and external data analytics. This would include systems like SFDC, Tableau, Kompyte, Frost & Sullivan, and Global Water Intelligence. What You'll Do Lead the development of Industrial Water sector strategy Facilitate and support the Regional Activation & Execution by collaborating with Regional Marketing, Corporate Accounts, to create the Industrial Water Processing Playbook Define Priority Segments per Country, Regional, Global Participate and present to Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, and Global Strategic Account Calls to Align and Monitor Strategy Execution for Industrial Water Manage VOC/Blueprinting for new Adjacent Markets & Technologies for Industrial Water Own Accredited Market Data For SAM/Market CAGR for Sector and align one source of truth with regional marketing, regional vice presidents Create Sector Value propositions and work with regions to include unique regional nuances Manage the data analytics for Industrial Water Markets both internal and external data sources Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus 7+ years of professional work experience in Industrial Water or Process Markets specifically in Mineral Processing B2B Experience in a multinational environment Strong collaborator and comfortable with interaction across multiple organizational levels English at fluent/high level + one of the major languages in the region as a plus Analytical skills and structured way of working Highly customer focused (both internal and external) and ideally a good understanding of the sector/industry Strategic and Growth Mindset Perks! The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $170,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
