We are seeking a Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation for a very important client.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and strong Marketing leader to join Client as a Temp Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation. In this critical role, you will lead the Marketing strategy and alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training and Organizational Evolution. This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.
• Lead executive engagement and communication, including quarterly business review prep, marketing hits newsletter, and regular communication with key stakeholders; ensure a link between program results to overall Company-wide objectives.
• Push forward the operational excellence (procurement and vendor consolidation) to ensure best-in-class agency and vendor management.
• Lead OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools/Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding/program and beyond.
• Support the Marketing Organizational evolution to ensure the team is resourced for key priorities while creating growth & mobility.

• Strong communicator with ability to convey information clearly and accurately, choosing the most effective method of delivery; superior communication skills across all levels of leadership; skilled at creating executive level communication via PowerPoint to gain alignment and sell-in ideas

• Be a change agent across Marketing and key stakeholders across the company

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience. OR
- Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, or related work experience. OR
- High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15+ years in Marketing, Strategy, or related work experience
• 10+ years working in a large matrixed organization
