In this critical role, you will lead the Marketing strategy and alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training and Organizational Evolution. This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA. Lead executive engagement and communication, including quarterly business review prep, marketing hits newsletter, and regular communication with key stakeholders; ensure a link between program results to overall Company-wide objectives. Push forward the operational excellence (procurement and vendor consolidation) to ensure best-in-class agency and vendor management. Lead OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools/Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding/program and beyond. Support the Marketing Organizational evolution to ensure the team is resourced for key priorities while creating growth & mobility. Required Competencies: Established track record of driving results through problem solving and driving decisions under complex and competing requirements. Demonstrated commitment and perseverance in delivering strategic outcomes. Strong communicator with ability to convey information clearly and accurately, choosing the most effective method of delivery; superior communication skills across all levels of leadership; skilled at creating executive level communication via PowerPoint to gain alignment and sell-in ideas. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and matrixed environment. Be a change agent across Marketing and key stakeholders across the company. Organized, resourceful and planful – the ability to prioritize, get things done, work on multiple tasks, and anticipate and plan around obstacles. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8 years of Communications, Marketing, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience.
