We are in search of a Marketing/Communications Specialist to join our team located in Maitland, Florida. The role will be focused on both internal and external marketing and communications, specifically for our Medical Device and Surgery Business. The specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing brand marketing, community marketing, and client communications.


Responsibilities:

• Handle both internal and external communications related to marketing.

• Implement and manage Marketing solutions to enhance marketing strategies.

• Develop and manage brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.

• Drive community marketing initiatives to foster customer engagement and loyalty.

• Oversee corporate marketing activities to boost the company's corporate image and reputation.

• Manage client communications to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication with clients.

• Oversee communications management to ensure that all communications are well-coordinated, meet company standards, and are delivered on time.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate customer records and take appropriate action as needed.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, experience with Canva/Adobe Express or similar is required.

• Demonstrated experience in brand marketing is needed to effectively drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Experience in community marketing is required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Knowledge of corporate marketing strategies is crucial to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Ability to manage client communications effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong skills in communications management are required to coordinate various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
