Our Proposal

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who helps our team with solving workflows for products and who can put beautiful UIs around them. You will be responsible for designing user experiences and you will work in the design of the features and improvements on our roadmap.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Contribute to all aspects of design including need-finding, user research, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios.
2. Own the conceptualization of design solutions with user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual mockups or interactive prototypes.
3. Establish a solid understanding of users and empathize with their needs.
4. Communicate design decisions using clear and persuasive stories that are shared with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. +5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
3. Experience in Figma.
4. Strong English skills (advanced level).
5. Experience in pixel perfect design.
6. Experience with design tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.).

It would also be a plus if you...

1. Have knowledge of design and technology trends.
2. Pay attention to detail and have strong organization skills.
