The position must manage multiple tasks, demonstrate adaptability, and work effectively independently and in a team environment on a variety of tasks and projects ranging from graphic design to trade events, product launches, and marketing communications. Will support the business units for Buildings & Parking, Waterproofing, Oil & Gas, and Power & Industrial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing marketing materials (ads, catalogs, brochures, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite. Provide campaign support and act as a resource for promotional inquiries.
  • Ensure website content is current and accurate, updating information in AEM and PIM as directed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote target markets through social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Host and promote webinars, and support the Events Manager with event coordination.
  • Assist Inside Sales with lead-to-revenue processes via Salesforce, and develop collateral for lead-generation campaigns. Support field sales teams with marketing requests.
  • Create and manage quarterly newsletters in Pardot, covering product updates, BU news, events, and industry-related content.

Preferred Skills

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing or promotional experience preferred
  • Proficient in marketing technologies (website, social media, digital tools)
  • Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills; experience in the construction products field is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
