The successful candidate will lead brand strategy and commercial activation in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment for one of our biggest brands, Chateau Ste. Michelle. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

What you will do
Corporate Stewardship:
Possesses a holistic understanding of the corporate goals and major strategic marketing initiatives across the department. Leads a direct reports and cross functional partners through exemplary action and is not afraid to roll-up the sleeves and become actively involved in projects. Strategic Thinking:
Ability to define brand strategy and positioning through demonstrated analytical skills and effective application based on data driven insights. Manage the brand, provide clear brand guidance and track and measure performance to inform plans while driving creativity and inclusion. Including but not limited to effective National Campaigns and Agency Management/Briefing/Results. Analytical Thinking : Understanding and tracking of the P&L, including Direct to Consumer (DTC)/Retail, manages the tactics, planning, forecasting, production, pricing oversight and product assortment of respective brand portfolio throughout the product lifecycle to include the measurement of activities to determine effectiveness. This role will also include oversight and accountability for the fiscal brand budgets. Team Leadership:
drives creativity, advocacy and inclusion and focuses organization on key strategies. Drives results with brand team and cross functional teams through high engagement, collaboration, constructive coaching, and accountability of oneself and team. Keeps an open mind, includes others, shares information, creates a learning environment and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree required in business or marketing, Graduate level preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience with proven results 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience Exceptional people management skills with the ability to build high performing teams and provide valuable coaching to direct reports Strong financial acumen and analytical skillset with demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions Supply chain knowledge and demand forecasting experience Integrated marketing communication expertise, including knowledge of digital engagement and creative aesthetic Experience implementing 360-degree consumer marketing campaigns with meaningful ROI Understanding of how to effectively implement consumer insights and knowledge of current consumer testing methodologies Track record of creating collaborative partnerships with key cross-functional team integration with talent to multitask and oversee multiple business priorities Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies. Highly valued, but not required Wine industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of the 3-tier alcohol system Your Compensation:
$120,120.00 - $162,162.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
