This role involves managing design processes, ensuring compliance, and working closely with various teams to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support the design team Provide technical guidance to the sales team Oversee quality control to ensure efficient and effective designs Monitor project budgets and design progress Work with project managers and field teams to resolve scheduling and material issues Review design specifications to ensure compliance with contract scope The Company Chesapeake Sprinkler Company was originally founded in 1987 as a small family-owned business to serve the fire protection needs of the Baltimore and Washington DC areas.
