MARKETING COORDINATOR
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
REPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing and content teams. The duties include developing website content, researching market trends, compiling reports about website visitor engagement, tracking project timelines, vendor management, and assisting in executing marketing events for facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Research concepts and develop website content, including blog posts, venue portfolios, and team member bios.
  • Provide content maintenance for the company website, including periodic content reviews and fielding requests.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior for persona building and reporting.
  • Support key marketing and business development initiatives to help SFC reach our sales and marketing goals.
  • Conduct research on website visitor and conversion trends using Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Proofread and edit various documents to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, format, and content.
  • Review keyword performance in collaboration with Content and Digital Marketers.
  • Manage and track project-based marketing initiatives using team project management software.
  • Identify and analyze venue competitors to support business development initiatives and branding.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for areas of on-demand account and vertical support.
  • Assist with procurement and pricing tasks for web development, media contracts, and creative vendors.
  • Be a positive cultural contributor: uphold the SFC values and serve our mission.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with email marketing and press release writing.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Social media experience.
  • Exemplary organizational skills.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office environment with intermittent noise.
  • Travel required for trade shows and events infrequently.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
