We’re growing fast and looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our brand presence, engage our customers, and drive new business opportunities through impactful email marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Results: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to boost revenue, retention, and shorten the purchase cycle (think abandoned cart flows, upsells, and win-back strategies!).
Data-Driven: Leverage analytics and segmentation to personalize and automate emails, delivering the right message at the right time.
Optimize the Journey: Build dynamic email sequences for key personas (loyalty members, new subscribers, high-value clients) that enhance customer lifecycle journeys.
đź’» Work Smarter: Collaborate with our Website Manager and Shopify Developer to refine email automation workflows within Shopify.
🔍 Analyze & Test: Dive into email performance metrics using Klaviyo and Google Analytics. Apply A/B testing and multivariate testing to fine-tune campaigns and drive even better results.
Collaborate Creatively: Work with our creative teams to ensure visually stunning and cohesive email designs that resonate with our audience.
Content that Converts: Craft engaging, story-driven content for campaigns—from product spotlights to exclusive offers.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a consumer brand or creative industry.
Expertise with Klaviyo (required) and experience with Shopify (preferred).
Strong analytical skills—if you love diving into numbers and tweaking strategies for optimal performance, you’ll fit right in.
Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling email content that grabs attention.
