JOB SUMMARY:
The Performance Marketing Seasonal Assistant will support performance marketing and ticketing in all areas related to digital marketing, ticket & premium sales, ticket operations, email marketing, and data analytics. The position will be responsible for assisting in aspects of fan acquisition, engagement, and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support daily initiatives in email, paid social, and programmatic advertising efforts, including campaign calendars and reporting. Compile various reports and maintain and organize records in CRM. Perform quality assurance checks on email communications and assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce creative assets for performance marketing campaigns. Utilize Adobe Photoshop to review and build creative assets. Develop a basic understanding of ticketing systems and software. Assist the Business Development department with gameday duties. Analyze and compile results of performance marketing campaigns to continually improve ROI. Other duties as assigned. QUICK FACTS / REQUIREMENTS:
Any relocation fees are the responsibility of the individual. All candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S.A. HOURS REQUIRED:
40 hours per week and events/gamedays. Starting Monday, July 7, 2025 and working through the end of the 2025 season. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Light office duties and activities. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills, have great attention to detail, and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting. Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not required.
