Location: US Nationwide, Remote/Travel The Tech Lead and Architect will apply their technical and functional expertise alongside leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects of their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, overseeing and directing technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget. On a typical project, the lead will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on relevant technical items, lead and develop reporting and analytical technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are followed, track and communicate status, anticipate risks, escalate, and implement mitigations; ensuring the technical scope is delivered on time and on budget and meets quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead will perform as an advisor to the customer, providing guidance and direction while maintaining a productive relationship. Additionally, the candidate should support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deal teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations showcasing our team’s solutions, experience, and capabilities. The individual should have demonstrated expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence Platform, requiring a combination of skills: Advanced knowledge and experience to architect solutions leveraging the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDIP) platform and augment the platform for client custom sources and analytics requirements. Strong skills in modelling enterprise data warehouses and in Oracle ETL tools. Deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology. Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities. Strong communication, leadership, and management skills. Responsibilities To be successful and effective, the lead will preferably possess and have experience in the following skills: Technical Skills: Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) expertise in one or more of the following pillars - ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) ADW & exceptional data warehousing skills Oracle's prominent ETL Tools - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OCI DI AI/ML both on FDIP and on ADW. Functional Skills: Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise. General understanding of functional processes and workflows. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes. Range and Benefit Information: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
